Answer: Managing the fluctuating demand for the unskilled labor is not very tough as such people can be hired easily by the companies. But on the other hand dealing with the fluctuating demand for the skilled technical employees is not very easy. For managing such a demand as described here it is important that a proper strategy is developed which can help the company to manage such demand and at the same time it does not compromises with the flexibility. Firstly the company needs to set a monthly target for entire year for recruiting more technically skilled employees. The company needs to develop a data base of the resumes of technically skilled employees and use it for making recruitment from time to time as per the need. At the same time the company needs to estimate that how much overload can be managed by making the existing employees work overtime and based on it they should also develop a generous overtime policy. The company needs to plan in advance about the actual requirement of such labour by the end of the year and then based on it acquire more people per month as the workload increases.
