• The possibility of being chosen is reduced if such problems are especially available in remote areas

• Employers can save time, money and effort by choosing different candidates to choose from. This will be a very comfortable form of interview.

• In times of globalization, when companies develop from national borders, it is important to have a diverse workforce. HR managers can therefore accept various candidates through the use of technology. They can do it at their place and one day they can interview various state or national candidates

Demerit to Employer

• When videos are not quality, it is difficult to identify body language, facial expressions, and other non-verbal communication.

• It is difficult to verify the authenticity of education certificates and more through the Internet.
