Answer #1

The training is an important part to make the people of an organization professionally familiar with the process and also it feeds them with the knowledge that is required to perform in the job. The companies process of giving training varies a lot, the big companies use sophisticated procedures and the average companies guide their employees through their own regular process.

The way of giving training and increasing the learning activities among the employees are the important aspects of providing training rather than utilizing sophisticated procedures. The sophisticated procedures of conducting the training can be beneficial to the employees for adopting practical knowledge but it is not mandatory.

If the organization is a startup then adopting the sophisticated procedures of training is quite difficult for them, but if the organization designs their training process correctly then sharing of the work conducting process will be much easier to grab by the employees. Not all the organization will hold the capability or manage to avail the sophisticated procedures into the training system; it does not mean that the employees serving in those organizations cannot give good performances.

Training is all about knowing things to function and utilization of the process in the practical work. Sophisticated procedures can be advantageous for the employees to adopt the concepts of training but it cannot be taken for granted that the training evaluations can only be done with sophisticated procedures. A regular guideline of training can be beneficial to bring positive results in the work and the organization can achieve the height of success. Thus, training evaluations can also be possible with normal procedures and only granting of sophisticated procedures for the possible ways of training evaluation is not practically acceptable.
