Training:

Training is the basic concept in human resource development. It is linked with increasing the capability of the employees or give them appropriate training so,that they gives their best and achieve the organizations goals. Training is the highly useful tool that bring the employee in a position where they can do their task correctly,effectively etc.It is the act of increasing the knowledge and skills of an employee for doing their task in an appropriate manner.

While focusing on meeting the needs of the organization as well as the employee with minimizing disruptions to productivity:

The following specific actions as a lead i will take with the senior-level management of each department:

1. Prepare strategy: Preparing strategy with the senior level management regarding the training modules which includes what specific skills in training are included and what type of training are providing to the employees and what specific skills are included which made the training programs innovative.

2. Actions regarding Finance: Deciding in advance with senior-level management regarding finance including in the training process and prepare reports and present that reports to the top level management. Reports include the specific things that are: overall expense in training process.

3. Actions To Secure Resources: Senior level management of each department taken decisions regarding less wastages of resources. While providing training to the employees the trainer must taken in mind that they gives best training guidance and wastages less resources.

Importance: The following are the importance of the above points:

- By preparing strategies everyone must be clear about the Goals and focusing on that to achieve the heights of success and i the goal is clear than the trainer is also able to understand that which type of training is given to the employees

For example: If the job is more on Machines and the goal of the company is to prepare 100 Items of toys on machine in one each hour then the trainer provide more tips about how to handle the machines or harm our self less and achieve the targets.

-Regarding finance: If they are clear about the expense then according to that they provide training to the employees.

For example: If the company have high turnover and their budget regarding training modules are high then they include in their training process off the job training, training with presentations and also include innovative methods of training.

-Regarding resources: Deciding in advance that less resources are used in training process as well as when tasks are performing on the job especially scare resources.

Address the needs of the individual: The following are the needs of the individual in the organization:

-Job-related needs

-Task-related needs

-Assessment methods

Job related needs: These are the needs that are directly related to the jobs. While providing training to the employees the organizations might create a complete training program for a job.The purpose of job-related needs is to improve the final output of the job.

Task related needs: Task related needs are usually for requirement in a particular part or output within a job.

Assessment methods: This kind of assessment is focused on the effectiveness of the enterprise as a whole. It is helpful in filling the gaps and works as a bridge.

Address the issue of Productivity:

(a) Conduct an employee survey: In this point the following things kept in mind:

- Difficulties that are occur in the productivity process.

- Many online surveys are conducted like: are you happy at work etc.

(b) Take a physical environment inventory: If you discover that your office environment is the reason of poor productivity like: More lightning when less required and less lightning when more required. So, solve these kinds of issue if occur at the workplace.

(c) Offering flexible work options: Offering the employees flexible work options because some employees are more productive and when they are allowed to work from home then the productivity is increased.

CONCLUSION: This is all about training and in today's world it is provided by every organization to achieve the goals of the enterprise and incur less cost.
