Motivation is defined as the positive energy of the employee, which is developed by the leader and outcome of which is that the employee perform better and production is better than the usual level in the company. Motivation make employee happy and willing to perform better as they are seeing better outcome from their effort and it help in achieving their goals.

Following motivational technique we would employ with this new monitoring system to ensure that it has the desired outcomes as below

• We will inform the employee that the new monitoring system will be the good tool to monitor the performance of the employee and it will create the transparency in performance the work place. Thus we will be able to show the high performer with the help of this new monitoring system in the company.
• We will inform to employee that this new monitoring system will be helpful for them in their carrier aspiration and it will help them in managing their future interest roles in the work place.
• We will inform to the employee that the new monitoring system is the future working standards and it will create better skill set and competency and this will make better competent employee in the market.
