Let us consider the example of the mobile phone purchase I made last month. When my old phone stopped working properly, I understood that it is time for buying a new phone. Hence I decided to purchase a new one to satisfy my needs associated with the mobile phone like communication, camera usage and internet usage. I started searching for the best one that would suit me in terms of price, quality and design. I gathered information from my friends, websites and also from advertisements. I selected few mobile phones like iPhone X, Samsung Galaxy S10 and Google Pixel3. I started evaluating my alternatives for the best one. All the three phones looked good in terms of specification, memory, camera properties and other properties. But I am always a great fan of iPhone and hence I never choose any brand over Apple even though it is the costliest. I always felt iPhone to be the most reliable with better quality and other brands could not attract me due to my brand loyalty especially while making such rare purchases. I saw many reviews that state Samsung Galaxy S10 or Google Pixel as better than iPhone X while comparing the features and price, but still I chose Apple based on my previous experiences with Apple products. So I decided to buy iPhoneX. I am very much satisfied post purchase because I am happy with the performance and I feel proud to be an iPhone owner.
