1. Loss of Job- His is one of the main factors and the first of the four reasons why staff resist workplace shift. Any method, technological development, systems, or product change in an organisational environment will include streamlining, smarter operating, cost reduction, effectiveness, quicker time-turning. All of this implies that employees and executives will withstand modifications that lead to the elimination or reduction of their positions.

2. Shock and Fear of the Unknown- This is another key reason why staff are resisting change. The reactions of employees to changes in organization can range from fear and panic to passionate assistance. Some staff may feel the need to cling to the past during periods of transition because it was a safer, predictable moment. If what they've done in the past worked well for them, they might resist changing their behavior out of fear that in the future they won't do as much. The less they are aware of the shift and its effect on them, the more they become frightened.

3. Loss of Control- This is a main reason for staff resisting change. Family routines assist staff build a feeling of control over their working setting. It may make staff feel powerless and confused to be asked to modify their way of operating. When people think they have some type of control, they are more likely to comprehend and enforce modifications.

4. Poor Timing:- This is another feasible reason why staff are resisting job change. Change must be implemented if no other significant projects are taking place. It's not sometimes what a leader does, but it's how, when and why she or he generates opposition to change! Undue resistance can happen due to insensitive or awkward modifications being implemented.

1. Autocratic Leadership- The boss's focus is on autocratic management style. The leader has all power and accountability in this management. Leaders make choices in this management on their own without consulting subordinates. Guidelines, processes and policies in this kind of management are all natural additions of an autocratic leader. Statistically, there are very few circumstances where autocratic leadership can be supported.

2. Democratic Leadership- Subordinates are engaged in making choices in this style of management. Unlike the autocratic style, this management focuses on the contributions of subordinates. The democratic leader is ultimately in charge, but it is known that he or she delegates power to other individuals who determine job projects.

3. Strategic Leadership Style-

Strategic leadership includes a leader who is fundamentally an organization's head. Not restricted to those at the top of the organisation is the strategic leader. This style is aimed at a wider audience at all levels who want to build a life, team or organisation of high results.

By offering a prescriptive set of habits, the strategic leader fills the gap between the need for fresh possibilities and the need for practicality. In terms of what an organisation obviously expects from its management in moments of transition, effective strategic management provides the products. Usually 55% of this management includes strategic thinking.
