I believe that the way competition is increasing both in terms of quality and quantity in any field of business, leaders of any company irrespective of their geographical importance and reach needs to understand that cultural dimensions are important to be considered. Cultural dimensions actually depend a lot on how the details are determined and hoe it can be used to invoke or generate better business accordingly. Organizations today in order to penetrate and expand into better markets and industries cannot restrict themselves into a particular geographical region and therefore all the managers need to be aware of the cultural dimensions which will have an impact accordingly.
