The main unfair dismissal is a type of employment behavior where employees are asked to leave the job or give resignation without explaining any particular reason. Many times , intentional actions might be taken by the HR manager or any other authority just to show their power over employees. Any dismissal beyond the legal framework should be treated as unfair dismissal.

Redundancy is a situation when employer has no job exists and they ask their employees to leave the job or serve the notice period. Generally, people get another good opportunity in most of the cases. Many times , new employer might ask questions why you have left the job or ask for some background checks. Redundancy is a legal action too as employers need to serve it atleast before one week to the targeted employee. Now a days, companies try to place employees before any such situation of redundancy.
