Quality award based on system perspective, visionary leadership, valuing people, customer- focus excellence, focus on success, management, managing for innovation, and organizing learning. These all are main elements for quality awards.

Japanese:- the Japanese view on quality awards are valuing people and management. For the growth of the company consumer's satisfaction is important is they prefer to give values to people and the management is also very important factor for the company.

European:- for Europeans managing for Europeans and organizing. Management is important but in Europe they prefer innovation in management. That helps to build their relation with the consumers.

U.S.:- For united states they are focus on excellence comparing to others. And focus on success because United state is the one who is successful among all countries in all ways
