You are assigned as a Network administrator at ABC company. Your job is to design a network for the IT, Human resource, and the financial departments at the company. Explain (draw if needed) how would you design the network, what network devices would you use, what type of network would you choose, and other details that maximize the proficient of the design.

Discussion 2 :

Thinking of the regular mail system that is used for centuries, how can you apply the Encapsulation and Decapsulation concept to the mail system. Use your imagination and explain how the mail system can use the same concept in order to deliver their package

Discussion 2:

The regular mail system uses layers to transfer mails over the network. There are different layers over the network. So encapsulation can be learnt as a concept of sending mails from upper layers to the lower layers and sending the mails from lower layers to upper layers as decapsulation. Decapsulation is just the reverse process of the encapsulation process. There are 7 layers in total. The message starts from the lowest layer and the mail passes through different layers. For example: a letter is sent while being enclosed inside an envelope with address and identity of the destination and same way the encapsualtion process works. And decapsulation process can be think as of sending back the acknowledgement  to the sender.
