In regards to strategic communication in this new age, with following ways we do AS AN INDIVIDUAL feel better equipped to select channels and formats, create messages, and communicate strategically as below

• We want to keep the message simple and filled with our own awareness, cultural awareness, emotional intelligence etc so that we can create the adequate strategic communication for our target audiences.
• We want the strategic communication to be behavior based on market and focus on key intent of the message so that it impacts the audiences appropriately.
• We want the strategic message to be communicate in a story form so that audiences recalls it easily and they can get influenced and motivated in the organization.
• We want to explore the latest media for communication of the strategic message so that it can easily reach to the audiences and audiences can easily find the strategic communication pack for them. The email, social media, digital media platform, etc are the key latest media that will help in making the adequate communication to our target audiences.

We are rating our OWN INDIVIDUAL progress, with understanding of self-awareness, cultural awareness, emotional intelligence, and self-monitoring skills such as we provide high rating to elf awareness, cultural awareness but we provide the low rating to emotional intelligence and self monitoring skills. So we can say that we are good at self awareness and cultural awareness but we need to improve on the emotional intelligence and elf monitoring skills. In our strategic communication, we are capturing right or adequate inputs for the awareness and cultural awareness point of view but we may not be capturing right inputs for emotional intelligence and self monitoring skills. Thus we need to seek help and support from expert for these emotional intelligence and self monitoring skills.

OUR OWN areas for self-improvement in regard to strategic communication are that we want to improve on our emotional intelligence element and self monitoring skills. We are not good on these elements and we want to improve on these elements so that we can be better for making and communicating the strategic communications to the target audiences as and when required.
