Same situation with the lousy sister and her five kids. If you don't adopt them, you'll have two kids of your own but her kids will all die. If you do adopt them, her kids will all live but you won't have any of your own. Morality aside, what action would maximize your inclusive fitness?

I would adopt the sisters kids. I know that this decision would mean my genes not being passed to the kids and it will be only my sisters genes in them, it would reduce inclusive fitness from my end but i am not miser to leave the children stranded and suffering when my sister cannot afford to take care of them. So i would try to raise them to my best ability so that i can instill in them my morals of life if not genes.
