As on September 28, 2014

Total number of worldwide employees in Starbucks = 191,000

Number of Employees who are employed outside the United States = 50,000 approximately

% of total worldwide employees of Starbucks who are employed outside the US = Number of employees employed outside the US/Total number of Employees worldwide in starbucks x 100

= 50,000/191,000 x 100

= 26.2% (approx)
