Consider the elements of a mechanistic, organic, and contemporary collaborative organizational design. Which of these design elements contributes to organizational effectiveness the most? Why? Clement and Puranam suggested that even in collaborative networking environments formal top-down structure can be beneficial since people search for structure in how and with whom to collaborate. Individuals in organizations seek to identify not only the right actions to take in their tasks, but also with whom to collaborate on these tasks.Referred to as the search for structure—the discovery by the members of an organization of valuable patterns of interaction with each other. The search for structure involves a distinct set of issues. Individuals searching for patterns of interactions may make errors of omission (missing out on valuable partners) and errors of commission (interacting with partners they do not need). Importantly, they can only detect errors of commission once they interact with each other: people must first interact and then learn whether it is useful to interact again. Do you agree? Contemporary collaborative design is most effective with highest impact as it helps teams leverage relationships and build networks which foster diversified growth within organisation.
Hence individuals have to first interact with cross functional stakeholders and then evaluate whos how much important and omit the redundant ones to strengthen bind with ones they need and consider to be helpful enough which drives high intensity and impact
Moreover the biggest challenge is resistance to change wnd building network even in collabarative organisation as individuals fear speaking with leader up across hierarchy and hence the structure needs changes like open door culture, multiple ice breaking events, reverse mentoring, weekly coaching, etc such that collaboration is propelled in a way where individuals form cohorts and teams get blended with ease.
Only then can Collaborative contemporary design work with multiple hierarchy and bring optimization in workforce productivity and bring efficiency in this model.
Drill Down Analysis of Collaborative Contemporary Workplace
Any successful business is run by teamwork as corporate management is like playing football where all players cojointly strive forward for common goal.
Starting with HR which forms crux of employment and widening and talent acquisition, employee engagement, talent spotting, reserving and growing talent, promoting talent, corporate governance, ethical management and industrial labor relations has the potential to build strongest base for organisations.
Financial team comprises of risk management and investment banking, accounting, payments, and legal and audit requirements.
Marketing teams handle sales, marketing, public relations, digital marketing, analytics, strategy development.
Operations team make up for supply chain management, logistics, purchase, procurement, maintenance, supervision and engineering.
IT forms technical and analytical support and cyber security rusk support.
Thus we see all teams are intee related and it is cross
functionality that drives success. Eliminate any one function and
whole organisation gets paralysed. If HR doesn't work the
administration collapses. If Finance doesn't work out no marketing
expenditure can be taken ahead. If Operations doesnt work there is
no production nor sales.
If IT doesnt work there is no marketing and no payment
mechanism.
Hence all functions are extremely important and independent. However in overall opinion HR forms the base because HR function recruits people who are biggest stakeholders and any degradation or malfunctioning in HR can destabilise any organisation.

Please read the article and answer about questions. You and the Law Business and law are inseparable. For B-Money, the two predictably merged when he was negotiat- ing a deal for his tracks. At other times, the merger is unpredictable, like when your business faces an unexpected auto accident, product recall, or government regulation change. In either type of situation, when business owners know the law, they can better protect themselves and sometimes even avoid the problems completely. This chapter...
