Answer #1

mg - T = ma

a = 1 m/s^2

m = 5 kg

g = 10 m/s^2

T = 5 ×9 = 45 N

(T-f)r = Ia/r

I = moment of inertia of pulley = 0.5(2m)r^2

So f = 45 - 5 = 40 N

Please rate it up thanks :)
