Answer: Cross cultural differences is one such issue that impact the people at the workplace and interests me. Nowadays there are people belonging to different cultural backgrounds that work together at a workplace. These cultural differences create difference in opinion and hence make co ordination tough at workplace. Scientific research on this issue can help in understanding the impacts of cross cultural differences at the workplaces and can enable in developing strategies for dealing with those issues.

The Bacon’s idols of cave refer to the thoughts of an individual’s that are shaped by his or her experience, education, environment and temperament. Individuals are obsessed by their own set of interests and they see the entire world through that lens. Now here the auto mechanic’s views are shaped by his own interest and experience with a model and hence he is providing an advice that is purely shaped by his own opinion of the car based on his experience at the garage.
