answer-

I work in a Manufacturing company which manufacture shoes and clothes. As we all know that ethics means taking decisions which are right, Fair and honest also does not harm any one like employees, customers, society or environment.

There is one key ethical issue which is very relevant in my industry that issue is sweatshopping. Sweatshopping is unethical and not so social activity where firms in my industry provide poor working conditions to its workers, unfair or low wages to workers, take child labor etc.

This is very important to consider in my organization as well industry it operated in because these kind of activities are unethical and violate civil or human rights. These issues bring legal actions to our company and make bad image. even big MNCs like Nike faced this issue decades ago.

In order to prevent my organization from this issue or address this issue, i would do following things-

I would create a code of ethics for my company that my company will follow ethical guideline to create good work environment and prohibit unfair labor practices. i would also have code of ethics for my supplies that they should also not involved in this activity like prohibit child labor, sweatshopping.

second strategy would be compliance of law of country because laws and government rules are made to make business ethical and legal and stop us from doing wrong things.

Third strategy would be provide fair work wages, provide good working conditions and benefits to our employees in Factory.

*hope this will help you. pls give this a upvote i would appreciate. thankx
