According to the HomeworkLib policy, I am only answering the first question of this post.

4. Electron transport chain consists of 4 different complexes within which electrons are transferred sequentially from one to the next. The last of the protein complex is more electronegative as compared to the initial ones because eventually the electrons has to reach the last complex.So, To accomodate the electron transfer sequentially , the last protein complex retains the more electron attracting power and thus is more electronegative.
