It may be cure the problem of insomnia but it also may effect in heart , blood pressure or other nerve system. The impact of drug therapy is temporary .
Psycho- therapy not provide any medication rather it helps to understand the client own feelings and emotion and desirablly change the behaviour. Many people have psychological disorder where most effective tools is psychotherapy . The effectiveness of psychotherapy is more desirable . It's has less side effect. It can helps permanent change of human behaviour and it's effectiveness is more stable. Major example of psycho-therapy is Behavioural cognitive therapy , humanistic therapy , integrative therapy etc.
