Following terms in Strategies for Service Acquisition are as follows :
1.Goals : Goals are the broad targets which is aimed to be completed. Ex : To be in the list of top 5 manufacturer of any kind of product.
2. Objective : Objective are the aim, that you want to achieve in a short period of time and which if followed consistently and effectively lead to attain the long term goals.Ex- To Decrease the Defects by 40% as compared to last year , or To decrease the defects per million of products manufactures by 40% as compared to last performance year.
3.Deliverables : Deliverables are defined as measurable,tangible,verifiable outcome,result or item that must be produced to complete the project. Ex- For constructing a building,Blue print will be as the basic deliverable to complete the construction.
4.Relevant policy followed : It would be defined as the guidelines,rules,forms ,administrative practice etc. for the behavior of the employees or managers in relation to the pursuit and achievement of strategies and objectives.
5.Relevant procedure followed : It is defined as the set of steps to be followed while carrying out any process for the achievements of any set target.
6.Relevant practices followed: It is termed as the continuous relevant action that is continued effectively without any obligations and which prove to be beneficial for the overall organization.
7. Three Strategies that can be implemented are as follows :
7.1 - Defining the target Audience
7.2 - Regular interaction with targeting audience and campaigning.
