During 19th Century industrialization is taking place at a very fast pace where all the labour who used to work in agricultural fileds are taken to work in industries which decreased the people working in farms. Due to more people working in the industries there was a boom in the GDP of their respective countries and national income also increased with a higher rate.
The main problem that labour saw during this period is that racial discrimination, long working hours and labour are treated like slaves. All this lead to labour revolution and formation unions with in each country and these unions fought for labour rights, decrease in working hours and their freedom.
After there was an increase in international trade and many other things these labour unions came together and formed an international labour organization which will support the labour unions and labour all over the world.
