Interpersonal skills

The interpersonal skills are those skills which felicitates the individuals to communicate or interact brilliantly with the other people. Building relationship also comes in interpersonal skills. On other words it is also called people skill. Some skills are active listening, teamwork, patience, leadership, motivation etc. When the routine task could be executed by the computers these above mentioned could not be done by computer. Hence interpersonal skills are mostly required
