Generally death of any human being who is related to us give us pain , grief. Then just think the child who has blood bond with parents , who was a part of a mother's body and intricate part of parents would have died , then how much pain and grief they feel. We cannot even imagine the trauma or pain they goes through. Even when when child is in mother's womb , parents have lots of dream about their child and after birth they dreamt about their future , marriage and so many things and when a child dies alongwith him a parents hopes , dreams also dies that give a irreparable or unbearable loss to them. The bond between a parents and their child is so precious and close that they feel that the child is a part of their body and when a part of body left them , it creates a void , hopelessness , depression and so on. In short , we can say that it is the bond or love between the parents and child that is the reason of their immense grief after the death of their child.

The difficulties may occur in coping as a couple with parental bereavement because at some point they started to blame each other for the loss of the child due to anxiety , depression ,anger or hopelessness. The lack of communication could be also the reason , misunderstanding ,stress, absence of sexual intimacy , feeling of lonliness and so on. There could be other social or pshycological difficulties may occur in coping as a couple with parental bereavement.
