Answer #1

Example 1:- Let us consider the example of an organization which is mainly involved in the production of luxury cars and the main focus of the firm is on to ensure the highest quality and customer service. The company is planning to improve organizational effectiveness by focusing on its core operation which is the production of cars. In order to do this, the company may think of outsourcing all the secondary or administrative operations such as preparation of salary of the manpower, maintenance of the office premises, security, and so on. By outsourcing these organizational operations to other firms, the company can focus more on its prime objective that is to produce high-quality luxury cars.

Example 2:- The engineered example:- Let us consider the case of large aircraft which are used in the transportation of the goods over a long distance. These aircraft will require comparably higher fuel storage and thus the cost of production of such aircrafts will be quite huge In order to overcome this issue, we can use an air fuelling system in which the aircraft is fuelled in the air by other aircraft.
