A)

if 2 vehicles arrive at 4 leg intersection at same time and are side-by-side, the vehicle that has has right of way should be furthest to the right. And for 3 vehicles scenario, the car furthest left should continue to yield until both of the other cars to the right of them have passed.


B)Right over left.

if 2 vehicles arrive at 4 leg intersection at same time, and they are head-to-head and one of the vehicles has to turn right and the othe to turn left.The vehicle turning right has right of way. Move forward slowly before entering the intersection to indicate to other drivers you are making the turn. The driver that has to take a left turn should wait until the other car has fully passed.
