How capable are you in adopting more than one change image? Are you more comfortable with a top-down or a bottom-up approach or somewhere in between? Do you need to develop any particular skills to achieve greater flexibility (assuming you believe that flexibility will give you an advantage)?
How do you handle the many different change initiatives that are unfolding in your organization or business unit at a given time when these are all at different stages? Is this a problem? If not, why not? If it is, what is your preferred solution? If possible, share and discuss your responses to this question and the others in this “reflection” with colleagues.

Answer:- As an individual, I am always ready to encounter new things in my personal and professional life. Thus I think I would be quite comfortable in dealing with more than one change image.
When it comes to choosing what kind of change approach it best suited for me, in my opinion, I will go for the middle path i.e. a combination of both top-down and a bottom-up approach. The main reason behind this is that for any change to implement successfully, it is important to have two-way communications. That is management needs to convey its expectations to the low-level manpower while the low-level manpower is required to convey their needs, difficulties, and issues in fulfilling the expected changes so that the change can be implemented successfully.
I think, in order to develop more flexibility, I would work on my communication skills as I feel that at times, I am not able to communicate the different problems which I face during the change process to the managers and it somewhat hinders my progress.

Answer:- If there are a number of changes happening in the organization at a given time, I will deal with this situation by making a proper plan on executing the different changes. I will make a timeline and the schedule or plan for the various changes and the requirements for each change and will track the progress on each implementing plan.
In my opinion, there will be some difficulties in dealing and managing more than one change plan at a time as different change plans have different requirements which any not be similar to others and thus there will be the need of special focus on each. In order to resolve any difficulty, I would have an open discussion with my managers and try to find out the solution of issues faced while dealing with multiple change plans.
