1) I will run speciality clinics for life styles diseases across the globe. Our vision will be to become world no 1 company in curing the life style diseases. To make it successful, we need diet experts, physicians, physical trainers, natural care specialists , IT professionals, HR professionals, sales , business development and marketing professionals and other support staffs.
2) To retain employees, i will emphasize on providing best career progression and learning opportunities to our employees. To achieve this , three strategies will be adopted,
1) A well designed training modules will be made compulsory for each employees. They will be awarded a free of cost certification in this inhouse training.
2) Study opportunities on real life projects will be provided so that a pool of employees will be created for action based problem solving to the organization
3) Employees will be sent for lien to other apex institutions to learn new business and professional insights.
