I badly need help with forming a good thesis statement. I have already sent my outline but my thesis statement is not cutting it. English is my third language so English writing is the most intimidating to me. Anyways, in my paper, I am defending the right use of the Internet. My topic is "The Good Side of the Internet." The category I am using this is in line with the Internet and how it affects privacy. Most of the class, of course, went with the negative side of internet use and how it ruins privacy. I am trying to go on the side and instead show that with the right measures the internet does not always have to ruin privacy. But like I said the thesis statement I have is not cutting it because I didn't mention the word "privacy" in there. I am hoping that I could get good suggestions of a thesis statement here and any answers that I get I will use a guide and I will rewrite using my own words. Thank you so much in advance.

THE GOOD SIDE OF INTERNET

INTRODUCTION :- With the advancing age,technology and most probably internet has turned out to be the basic need of life of an individual.Earlier people used to invest their a lot of time in paying bills,getting reservations or flight etc,they uselessly waste their time and energy in going there and standing in long queue,for getting it done,but with internet now it can be done within seconds,even at place wherever you are.It has always been a topic of argument that internet has adversely affected our life,and mostly people would consider the negative aspect of internet that it may hamper the privacy of people,but just as the coin has two sides,similarly in the case of internet as well it has two sides,which means it even have a very positive side.One of the most important aspect of internet is that it has made the life of people very easy in every regard.Apart from this it is helpful to every age group people,such for student,they could learn several things from internet,and even join any tutorial online which will help them in their study.Apart from this many people does work from home,and it is only could be possible due to the prevalence of internet.Moreover,internet even help us to connect the people those who are far away from us,and makes us to see them,even though we are not present together.Internet has immense positive side,and it completely depends on the person that how they use it,and brings out the most from it.
