Prepare a 250-300 word, a short report on a leader you've admired (it doesn't have to be industry- related) and identify the qualities that made him/her particularly effective, paying some attention to the distinction between transactional and transformational leadership.
The transactional leadership and transformational leadership.
Transactional leadership :-
1. These leadership consider of the maintaining the rules and regulations and following traditional methods to fulfill the work of the organization.
2. These doesn't give any inspiration and motivation to the employee towards completion of the work.
3. This type of leadership doesn't take any type of risk like trying to implement new methods for completion of work.
Transformational leadership:-
1. This type of leadership consists of risk taking giving new opportunities to fresher's.
2. These people tries to take risk and implement new methods to complete work.
3. These people inspire other and make motivation to other employees to achieve the organization goals.
4. This type of leadership will be seen in most successful or a low level companies.
5. This type of leadership is more suggest able to startups and newly established organizations compared to transactional leadership.
The leader i admired has the following qualities.
1. Confidence in his and his teamwork.
2. Motivating the team people that they can do the project with out failure.
3. If any mistakes on project that was borne by him and try to make improvements in his leadership and teamwork.
All the above points are regarding to leadership.
