Subject : The revised stress management report reflecting on stress levels and calling for immediate attention

Sir,
Please be informed about the recent brainstormed report presented by the team on the stress levels found in the organization. The report reflects on the causes of the stress, it's impact on the employees performance and the various corrective measures that can be taken in order to address to the issue for reducing it's ill impact.

Sir, I am sharing with you the key points of the report in order to highlight the necessity of addressing the issue so that proper and timely attention is provided to certain areas which might otherwise create complexities for the business,

First of all the main cause of stress levels as high as found in the workplace have been attributed to the work overload, inefficient interpersonal relations, absence of stress management program etc which has resulted in decreasing the morale of employees and caused high absenteism.

Stress has lately reported to be a dominant factor in decreasing by the productivity of employees , teams are not getting along well , making the management rethink about their decision making.

Stress has put the organization in risk of incurring high costs such as high insurance claims for compensation of employees for curing stress related illness or physical ailments. To avoid such circumstances it is important to address the issue as soon as possible.
First of all interviews should be conducted in order to find out the severity, cause and level of stress present among the employees so that several stress reduction techniques can be used to prevent it from escalating further.
Moreover exercises and counselling can be provided to promote stress reduction. Proper nutrition through providing several small lunch breaks needs to be ensured, and if required then Wellness Campaign and stress management workshops can be further introduced to cope up with the issues relating to stress.
It has been estimated that if these corrective measures are introduced, the organization can save up to $6150 per year through implementing above mentioned corrective measures.

Hope you consider the issue after understanding the urgency of the situation and provide your recommendations on it.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Thank you in advance
