It is important to consider the internal as well as external process .Poor quality products or services affect the customer or consumer relationship as well as the brand name.
Example based on my knowledge with the poor quality service is
I made a call to a company due to some faulty issue in my product which I ordered. I made a call to a customer care service provider but after a while they kept my call on a hold for the long time which actually pissed me off . This could be the worst experience for any customer. It leads to the poor quality of service provided by the company.
There are more examples which could lead to poor quality of product or service like fault in the product or asking customer to repeat the same thing .
