3 parts to the report on a "Claim" ( I will post ONE question at a time though.)
Here is the claim: "Creatine is thought to improve strength, increase lean muscle mass, and help the muscles recover more quickly during exercise."
Question #1: My critical thoughts on that claim.
ATP is the energy currency of cell helping in muscle contraction. Creatine facilitates recycling of ATP. During muscle contraction when the level of ATP depletes creatine phosphate release phosphate thereby synthesising more ATP. So if more creatine is present in the body it helps in muscle recover during exercise quickly. During strenuous exercise normal level of creatine also depletes and can not carry out further exercise. Thus supplementing creatine can help to improve extensive workout thereby increasing lean muscle mass.

2. Creatine is a substance normally found in muscle tissue. How is the function of creatine related to the use of ATP? (2) b. In general, what is the scientific reasoning for why creatine might/might work as a supplement to improve exercise performance (2) It is known that in adults over the age of 50, muscular strength declines due to loss of muscle tissue may contribute to a decreased ability to perform activities of daily living and increase the risk...
In the previous question, you identified the individual who was
completing aerobic exercise. This aerobic exercise helps to
increase

Please reply back to this post and ask question regarding this post: I believe the shortage of nurses can be fixed by putting resources for students in united states that are wanting to pursue a career in nursing. Many times, students who want to become nurses cannot afford it and it is the reason why they do not apply. As a student nurse I can see why going to school can be a challenge. I am a mother of two...
please reply back to this post & ask one question regarding this post: I am both an active listener and an assertive/passive speaker. Some ways that I can improve my communication style is by engaging more in present, if the topic bores me, I tend to listen but not engage in the conversation and my mind starts wondering away as I stare at you yet not engaged. Two ways I can strengthen my communication style is to stop and give...

I need help with this question below. Researchers generated a
transgenic strain of mice called DrpTg which overexpresses a
protein called Drp1 under a muscle-specific promoter. DrpTg mice
had poor postnatal weight gain, smaller muscle mass and lower
muscle strength than WT mice of the same age and fed the same diet.
The experiments shown in the left panel below showed that
phosphorylation of the normal cellular protein labeled P-? was
increased in DrpTG muscle compared to WT muscle tissue....
please reply back to this post and ask one question about this post: I do believe that socializing with your colleagues is extremely beneficial in creating a better learning environment. Socialization is the process by which people learn to become members of groups and society. As nurses we have to work jointly with other healthcare professionals in a collegial manner. It is a constant process whereby healthcare professionals work together to improve patient/client outcomes. By socializing you get a sense...
Hello, I have a question about my post lab report. I used .1g of trans-3-phenyl-2-propanoic acid and 1.5mL of methylene chloride. Later I added 0.8mL of 1M bromine solution to it. I ended up getting the anti stereoisomer of 2,3-dibromo-3-phenylpropanoic acid. The product that I ended up weighing out was 0.0380g. Can you please calculate out the % yield for it? Thanks!
