What do you see as the future of plea bargaining in criminal courts?

Plea bargaining can affect criminal courts and their actions in various ways. Plea bargaining has the tendency to create a criminal record even if the Individual is innocent, as he/she pleads guilty for a leser charge or leniency. It can also prevent further investigation in courts and may also lead to issues which can occur as a result of uncovered information. Moreover, it does not provide the chance for an appeal, and hence may deteriorate the value of the case and findings associated with it.
