3. The whole article is about the good leadership skills, competencies and management which were being used in the organization for its overall betterment. In the article, there is talk about the American corporate and phase of time in which leaders were being separated from managers. Leaders and managers were being two different entity in the organization. There were distinction in between the people who do the right things and people who do things right. There were many leaders in America who were being separated from the main course of action within an organisation. Leaders were only treat as a different entity who can only motivate people and nothing else is there. American enterprises were not being managed by any heroic leaders but by leaders who are tangibly engaged in managerial works. There were very big focus on making leadership an important aspect in the organization. Successful stories were being made by proper motivation and coordination in work at organization, its one of the responsibility of a leader to guide the organization in a proper and positive way in order to adopt good way of work.

This article is being related by the organizational leadership and ethics in the way that this article promotes the idea of leadership within an organisation and also provide positive as well as negative aspects of leadership.
