(a)When A body is throw in air, it is in air for some time that time is called hang time, if A ball is thrown in air and it come back in 2 seconds then 2 second is hang time.

(B) if some one jumps in air and as he goes up his speed will decrease and velocity will also decrease because gravity is in opposite direction of speed and velocity but force is constant and acceleration will also be constant.

While coming down the gravity will act downward and the speed will increase but velocity will decrease as it will be in downward and we represent it with A -ev sign, acceleration and force will remain same.

(C) as the car speeds up the speed will increase and velocity will also increase but if speed is increasing linearly the acceleration and force remains same.

(C) in A free fall just one force is applied on a body that is gravity and it will not be in equilibrium, because net force is not zero, it will acceleration in downward direction and Its speed will increases.
