  1. Training plays gradual effect on gene expression at transcriptional and translational level in organisms.
  2. Training to behavior and body of organisms are two types.
  3. In behavior training gene transcriptional level get alters at considerable level.
  4. DNA methylation and acetylation has important function in change in transcription level of particular gene.
  5. Some times in heterochromatin some genes starts to transcribe and results into its translation.
  6. Memory formation,foraging,social interaction,resistance training,starvation,aerobic exercise are the some examples of training of behavior and body.
  7. In high intensity intermittent exercise training regarding aerobic approach studied to check gene expression before, now and after exercise training to muscle of human body. In this case expression of 79 genes seen increased after exercise training.
  8. Human skeletal muscle cells metabolism and transcription and translation get altered in regards with glucose metabolism,angiogenesis and enzymatic expression of oxidation cycle genes.
  9. In behavior memory formation process in animals after training of 4-6 Hrs.after there is change in the expression of gene cAMP/PKA enzyme, chromatin modification, transcriptional activation genes are expressed end repressed according to time of training.
  10. The cumulative and gradual effect of training is step by step and it changes level of transcription factors transcription for activation of DNA replication in euchromatin and heterochromatin.
  11. After which transcribed mRNA level is maintained according to training period.
  12. The translation of mRNA is carried out by intensity of training of behavior and body exercise,results in to the synthesis of particular varieties of structural and functional proteins and enzymes required for particular effect.
