Unit 4 DB: Stockholder or Stakeholder?

Does your current work, school, or organizational affiliate managed by the stockholder or stakeholder approach? Is this appropriate? If you were in charge what approach would you take and why?

My current organization is managed by the stakeholder's approach. it is appropriate because stakeholders are the appropriate individuals or parties that are directly associated and linked with the organization. Both the failure and progress of the organization will be positively impacting the stakeholders and due to this reason, I think the stakeholder approach is appropriate. If I were in charge I would have taken the stockholder approach, because of this way the individual or the party with the most number of stocks will be able to directly contribute to the organization and will be able to present his opinion.
