They need to please the customers by offering quality services and efforts, fulfill the needs of the internal or external customers, should act ethically, should value diversity in employees, should cope with global challenges, should be up to the par with technological advancements, economic changes, natural disasters, etc. Thus, it is worth while saying that the manager’s universe is complex because it ever changing and dynamic in nature with full of pressure, which is shaped by the external environmental forces including social, cultural and political factors.
