What type of organizational culture do you view as most important? Provide an example. in 150 words
I believe that entrepreneurial organizational culture is most important. As it builds an innovative environment for the employees who can take responsibility for their assigned tasks, and thinks and acts as an entrepreneur himself to handle such a situation. In such an organizational culture, risk-taking, experimentation, and creativity are valued, and being considered as more important than policies or procedures. In such an organizational culture, freedom is given to the employees to think differently and come up with the innovative solution, pertaining to any issue. During entrepreneurial organizational culture, there is no gap between the manager and it’s employees, as employees feel free to reach to their managers and the management to discuss any issue or concern, in case they can’t solve it at their own level. Entrepreneurial organizational culture builds an atmosphere which is dynamic and free-wheeling, even though there are chances that roles are not clearly defined in such an organizational culture.
