I had previously chosen the project to open a coffee shop because of my dedication to fast food joints. The coffee shop will serve breakfast, lunch and evening coffees with my idea, and our specialty will be new.

And coffee beverages solely ground. In addition to espresso, the numerous beverages that we sell are coffee, soft drinks, tea and a range of sodas from customers, while expresso is the main drink, we sell two styles of espresso drinks that are in sharp contrast to espresso. I will be the sole owner of the company and will hold the business from Monday to Saturday with the help of my gourmet employees, while on Sundays I will rest and take care of the business for the long term of the week. Astonishing breakfast, lunch and espresso at a fair price will be the main focus of the business.

Work Breakdown Structure   

• I will print five standards and make them essential places to make people aware of the existence of the coffee house so that they can understand my business. I want to add something to make my company available to webcustomers through my Twitter and Facebook accounts.
• I have worked for this business for a long time. I saved a few cash so that when the time came, I could fire up. If it's, it's not enough to motivate you to start up, so you'll try additional funding from guardians and the bank's shortfall.
• For items such as furnishings for the shop and the necessary utensils for the coffee shop kitchen a tender shall be won by the lowest priced bidders.
• Since I am sole owner of the business, I will need the support of kitchen experts and again, to be capable of producing the key products I will need a supplier for the enterprise, because there will be three cook openings and two opportunities for bistro suppliers.
• I am going to obtain legal permission to start the company without pushing or pulling from the authorities to start the coffee shop. For this reason, at a combined cost of three thousand dollars I shall obtain a medical permit from the Health Department and the City Council.
• The coffee shop is situated a block from the Co-operative Bank on the ant Graders Strait in front Zion mall. The coffee shop is referred to as "WHISPER AROMAS COFFEE SHOP."
