Answer #1

In my view, it all depends on the motive and that’s why executives try to control the project so as to showcase their authority. This may be valid sometimes as the executives may want to show their importance as a power. On the other hand, a few may be doing their actual duty to fulfill the project. Executives have lot of responsibilities towards organization and shareholders. Thus, it might not be true that the executives should try to control projects just as to maintain their authority. Executives coach and mentor organizational members so that everyone can achieve their goals. Executives do have right to control the projects but this does not mean that they can remain in charge of the project. This role is generally played by the Project Manager. He or she act as intermediary to keep inform about the progress of the project. And if needed involve executives in the decision making. Therefore, it is important for executives to look into the bigger picture of the business rather getting into the operational aspects.

This helps maintain the traditional value of the land and ensures Indigenous people have full control...

True or False and explain your answer leaders should avoid empowering employees.   Empowering leaders try to support employees who make honest mistakes. There is little, if any, difference between delegation and empowerment. In fluid situations, it is not necessary to clarify exactly who has decision authority over every type of issue. In middle management position, leaders should spend as much time completing routine tasks as they do discussing goals and progress toward goals. When delegating a new assignment to a...
