According to me employment interview of the candidate with the has the most significant impact on the selection process because in this step by asking various questions related to the work or task for which they apply will be asked. So, according to me, this will have the most significant impact as it helps us to know whether that candidate helps us or not.
All of them see this process the same because everyone working in the organisation wants the best and a person who always works in favour of them.
The employee wants their colleagues to help them in every task, seniors to always in favour of them, so they also want a person to b selected in the selection process who knows the job well and helps them to work better.
Supervisor/ management wants an employee who always work better and help them to achieve the common goal of the company, as well as the organisation ( senior management / HR), also wants an employee who helps in the achievement of the organisation goal. So, they belie that employment test face to face works better to know about that person and their capabilities related to the post for which he or she is hiring.
