Leadership effectiveness and how it impacts the overall organizations. The higher your leadership compared to your competitors the stronger your organizations. If you are 50% ineffectiveness, then you are more than likely 50% Ineffectiveness. This is according to Zenger-Folkman research. I agree with this assessment because we use the same types of tools of measurement in my organization. The key is to complete a survey for all your leadership staff to see how you compare. The goal should be to increase the average score of leaders who are effective. This same tool can be used for a personal snapshot of how you compare with your fellow employees. Leadership Quotient is an important step for companies to take in self-evaluation of his or her leadership abilities to perform against its competitors.

It is true that developing the strengths of a leader will automatically develop the effectiveness of the organisation. Therefore the more the effectiveness of leadership in an organization the more successful will be the organisation and proper training and development of leaders is the key for development of the organization. Hence the given assessment is agreeable.
