An example for organization with undifferentiated marketing is toothpaste company, Crest. Undifferentiated marketing strategy helps the organizations to target the mass market with a single package. Toothpaste companies target the mass market and are sold in large quantities without differentiating the customers. The customer needs are generalized to whiter and cleaner teeth without cavities and most of the customers buy Crest toothpaste compromising their other special requirements. Most of the varieties are targeted towards all the members in a family and toothpaste companies like Crest are acceptable to wide variety of buyers all over the world which makes it undifferentiated.
