In my opinion, Steve Jobs is a typical example of the ideal leader for  skills theory of leadership style This is mainly due to the fact that he not only promotes the innovation in the organization but was also involved in the development of many innovative products and services for Apple Inc Creativity and innovation were the main essences of his personalities. Under his guidance and supervision, the company achieved success in leaves and bounds and these innovations helped the organization to become the world leader when it comes to the latest technology and innovative features in the electronic products.

He is always seen as a good motivator as he always used to motivate the employees in order to develop the word beating technology and products. Despite being expelled from his own organization, he was persistent with his efforts and worked very dedicatedly to convert the company into a world class organization. He always has a long term and clear vision for his team and his organization and always kept very high parameters for the performance. The main focus of his was on developing world class products with unmatched quality and unique value proposition. He was always ready to take the risk and this was the prime success factor for Apple Inc.

Jobs had immense passion for the product excellence and mainly focused on the elegant design and simplicity, and gave a lot of importance to the smallest details particularly to the product manufacturing and its marketing. He had a high targets related to hardware and software and motivated the employees to achieve these goals. All these strengths were so profound that they negated the weaknesses. The most effective leaders are ones who also commit mistakes and they are just as averages in leadership competency as one can be.
