These features are essential for any individual to become a good leader. The personal leadership enhances the know-how skills, develops right attitudes towards others, and enhances the psychological skills.
Private leadership: it is concerned about the one-to-one handling efficiencies of a leader. It also helps to enhance the performance appraisals by any leader. With the help of private leadership leaders can effectively be involved in individual’s selection and motivation.
Public leadership: it is a behavioral aspect of any leader who needs to influence more than two people simultaneously. It also ensures motivation for any team with effective future visions. With the help of public leadership skills leaders can create team spirit and unity.
