Although global warming and stratospheric ozone depletion are not directly related, still I think, they are somehow indirectly related. Because both the things take place due to human activities. Ozone depletion by chlorofluorocarbons and other chemicals used in refrigerators and air conditioners are also responsible for global warming. Hence though I feel little amazed that there is no great cause by global warming on SOD, there is still some indirect relations between both of them.
Another difference can also be seen as most of the global warming events are seen where people live (as they observe them) while ozone hole is created by depletion of ozone layer specially at the poles.
