Answer = The shape of an enzyme’s active site is determined by

Enzymes are protein molecules and so are made up of amino acids.most enzymes contains between 100 & 1000 amino acids.

these amino acids are joined together in a long chain,which is folded to produce a unique 3 D structure.

The Shape of an active site of enzyme is so important because substrate molecule binds to the active site of an enzyme & it has a direct effect on how it catalyses a reaction.

An enzymes active site shape is determined by the sequence of amino acids in its structure & bonds which forms between the atoms of those molecules.
