In liver, the amino acids are converted into transamination with deamination in which amino acid or nitrogenous compound release from the amino acid and attached with carbohydrate or lipid compound and the amino acid called or form ketoacid. The enzymes used for the catalysis are called transaminase or aminotansferases because they are transferring.
